How to give students effective feedback – and save time

Marking can be time-consuming and ineffective. To decrease the workload and improve the usefulness of marking, use coded feedback as supported by the Education Endowment Foundation’s report Marked improvement? A review of the evidence on written marking. This article describes an approach combining stickers and reflection time to do just that.
