Help your students consolidate their ideas about acids and alkalis using this lesson plan and set of downloadable activities

In this activity, students observe a brief demonstration, then work in pairs and groups to make links between key ideas about acids and alkalis using a concept map.

Students are encouraged to share and discuss their completed concept maps as a class, identifying which links they found most difficult and considering how they can work on these points.
