Titrations can often be an overwhelming practical skill for learners to master. There is a lot going on, from the manipulation of glassware to the mathematical content and, of course, the actual chemistry taking place. In this month’s meeting of the Welsh chemistry teacher network we will be considering different approaches to titrations from microscale methods to full scale and how we can reduce the cognitive load for our learners.
