Introduce students to its structure and order

Knowing where elements are located on the periodic table of elements helps chemists understand their properties. Familiarity with the table and what it tells us is vital for students of chemistry at 11–14, and as they progress with their scientific education. This article provides ideas, activities and resources to teach the periodic table of elements effectively in your classroom.
