Schools are invited to apply for funding of up to £1000 to support initiatives that enrich and enhance the teaching and learning experience for chemistry students

A pile of £20 notes

The Biological and Medicinal Chemistry Sector (BMCS) of the RSC works to encourage the next generation of scientists by offering funds for small educational projects in schools and colleges. This includes grants for enhanced equipment, chemistry clubs, and activities which bring together universities, schools and industry.

Higher education institutions, as well as primary and secondary schools, are invited to apply. Funding is granted where local funds would not ordinarily be available. Priority is given to applications that are associated with hands-on activities.

Further information is available on the Education Support Group website of the BCMS.
