Ask teachers the right questions at the right time to ensure they stay – and flourish

In the face of the retention crisis, some headteachers are taking inspiration from the corporate world to keep teachers teaching. Is it possible that by asking the right questions, teachers can be motivated in their career goals, encouraged in their ambitions and inspired to stay in the profession? These teachers believe so.
