What becoming a teacher has taught me about learning

At the end of her initial teacher training year, May looks back on her year as a trainee She reflects on how her experiences as a PGCE student have helped her appreciate how it feels to be on both ends of the learning process, the skills she has developed and the relationships she’s built with her students and fellow teachers. And how a challenging, exhausting (and at times overwhelming) year has affirmed her love for chemistry and taught her how to become a great early career teacher.
