The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3) has recently relaunched their Schools Affiliate Scheme (SAS). The scheme provides support and resources that enrich the teaching of materials topics in the 11-19 curriculum and provides teachers with the knowledge and understanding necessary to teach these areas with confidence and enthusiasm.
