This series is part of the Welsh Government funded Boosting Science Education in Wales programme.

Looking for ideas to give your science a festive twist? Join us as we share a range of activities with a festive tinsel twist. For each activity we will show how it can be taken further and made into an investigation, how it fits into the Curriculum for Wales and the science concepts that it supports.

This is a fully funded event aimed at primary teachers, teaching assistants and subject leads. Please share it with anyone who would find it useful.

  • This session will consist of a presentation, demonstrations of a few activities, discussion of how they can be extended and time for questions.
  • We strongly encourage you to use a laptop or tablet to get the most out of this session.
