Amiera Davies

Amiera is head of chemistry at Cranmore School in Horsley. She received her PGCE from King's College London in 2021 with support from the RSC teacher training scholarship and completed her ECT taining at an Inner London state academy. She has an MA in STEM Education at King's College London.

Alongside classroom teaching, Amiera takes an active interest in teacher professional development, running in-school pedagogy sessions for teachers and has experience writing and presenting with the ASE (Association for Science Education). She is also a member of the RSC's Education publishing editorial board. She aspires to make a lasting impact on education policy and has her sights set on potentially completing a PhD in the field.
