Pritesh Raichura is the head of science at Ark Soane Academy, a new school in Acton, London that currently has year 7 and year 8. He has been teaching in inner-city London state schools for nearly nine years and has been head of science for almost four years. Last year, Pritesh's department had a progress 8 score of +2.55, one of the highest in the country. In his class every single student achieved a grade 9-9 in combined science.
