Organise a collaborative project or event for teachers, with the support of your local education coordinator, and you could be eligible for up to £600 (€690) towards costs.
Get your students fired up with seasonal lessons
Guy Fawkes Night (or Bonfire Night) is fast approaching, so get your students switched on with some seasonal teaching. Education in Chemistry has a wealth of resources on the spectacular chemistry behind pyrotechnics.

Develop your skills with our live and interactive courses
Express your interest by 4 December for our next series of opportunities
Following on from the success of our previous professional development courses, we are excited to run a new series of 10 courses from January to May 2023. Each course is run by our expert teacher developers and consists of four modules, with one module a month (except for April). Sustaining the courses over this period of time helps teachers demonstrate their commitment to professional learning and allows our developers to cover the topics in greater depth, so you can really enhance your skills.
Our courses cover a range of topics chosen by you, so we can tackle the areas of teaching that you most want to see covered. Join us as we explore common misconceptions, contextualise tricky topics and provide links to classroom-ready resources.
