Lesley Howell
Lesley is a lecturer in pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL). After obtaining her MChem from the University of York and PhD from the University of East Anglia (UEA), Lesley continued to work at UEA firstly as a senior demonstrator in pharmacy and later as a lecturer in medicinal chemistry. In January 2017, Lesley joined QMUL. Her research interests include chemistry education research and small molecule modulation of protein-protein interactions. Lesley is also very passionate about widening participation and outreach.
