Help foster the next generation of scientists by linking teaching topics to real-world events and career pathways
Many secondary science students wonder whether science is really for them, and aren’t aware of the many and varied career options open to those who study chemistry. So it’s essential that we use our teaching to help them make these essential connections. Use these simple steps to do just that – show your students that science is for them, and how exciting careers in chemistry can be. There are many practical examples of how to do this to link to curriculum topics, too.
