
Matthew Parks
Matthew is an experienced secondary school science teacher and head of chemistry with a strong background in leadership across various educational sectors in Northern Ireland. With previous roles as head of science and coordinator for STEM, numeracy and work-related learning, he brings a wealth of expertise to his current position.
In addition to his school leadership, Matthew is deeply involved in teacher development, working with the RSC to deliver professional development courses. He also contributes to the RSC Education publishing editorial board and serves as a principal examiner for CCEA at GCSE level.
Matthew is passionate about making chemistry education accessible to all.
