How to achieve a work-life balance that works for you and keeps you mentally well

With instances of mental ill health rising among teachers, it’s important to look out for yourself and your colleagues. This article is part of a series bringing together testimony from teachers who’ve experienced mental ill health and stayed in teaching, as well as advice from an educational psychologist and from science education lecturer, Andy Chandler-Grevatt.
