Ben Rogers
Before becoming a physics teacher, Ben taught English as a Foreign Language in Berlin: his interest in scientific language teaching stems from this. He taught secondary physics for 18 years.
In 2013, Ben moved to primary school teaching. He is currently the Director of Curriculum and Pedagogy at Paradigm Trust. He was recently on Ofsted's Science Advisory group and on the steering panel of the EEF's Primary Science Report.
In 2018, he published The big ideas of physics and how to teach them and co-authored Primary science in a nutshell with Professor Leigh Hoath (due for publication in 2024).
