Using ratios in chemistry

Maths

Help to apply maths skills to chemistry lessons: ratios

If your students aren’t applying their knowledge of ratios from maths lessons to their chemistry, then this worksheet and accompanying article from Education in Chemistry can help. It first works through some ratio and fraction questions using shapes, before applying that knowledge to chemistry problems, such as mole calculations and empirical formula.
