Niki Kaiser
Niki Kaiser is a chemistry teacher and assistant headteacher at Notre Dame High School in Norwich, and director of the Norwich Research School. She was previously seconded to the Education Endowment Foundation as their science content specialist, and in 2019, she won the Schools Education Award from the Royal Society of Chemistry.Â
She is a firm believer that research should always begin with the 'why', but she understands that the 'what' and 'how' are also important, and is always keen to find accessible ways of putting research into practice.Â
